Do I have to have to be accredited to begin practicing as a life coach?

No you may begin practicing as a Certified Professional Life Coach as soon as you receive your certification from the World Coach Academy.   You may also choose to apply for accreditation from the ICF with the coach specific training hours obtained from our live life coach course.  This topic is covered in great detail during our training.

Please keep in mind one of the major benefits of having a certification such as the one you will receive from WCA is credibility.  Most clients will want to know you have been formerly trained as a coach.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds however, we do offer you 100% satisfaction guarantee.  We stand behind our program and are confident that you will be satisfied with your life coach training.  If for some reason you are unable to pass your final exam you may retake the course and/or exam as many times as needed to receive your life coach certification.

If you have completed the entire program, submitted all  assignments on time and have paid any balances owed;  you may repeat the program as a refresher course at no cost to you one time within the 12 months following your completion.  Your student center will always remain accessible to you as long as your payment account is in good standing.

What if I cannot complete the program once enrolled?

If for some reason you are unable to complete your training once enrolled we can freeze your enrollment for up to 12 months from the date of program withdrawal.

Please keep in mind that we are not a lending institution and do not charge finance charges or interest on outstanding balances.  All balances owed are due within the 12 month period regardless of enrollment period to avoid collection.

How does your payment plan work?

We offer an affordable payment plan for our live life coach students.  With as little as a $350 deposit you can get started with your life coach training *(for this option students must be registered at least 7 days before class start or two payments must be received).   Your first payment is due on the 1st of every month beginning the month after your initial deposit.  Your payment balance will be split into equal monthly payments.   If you choose the payment plan your deposit and at least 2 payments must be paid in order for you to have access to the final two modules. Please take this into consideration prior to enrollment as you will not be allowed into either of these modules until this amount has been received.

Once your deposit is received you will need to complete and return a payment agreement.   A monthly invoice will be emailed to you beginning the month after your deposit is made.  All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.  Payments are considered late the 5th day after the date of the invoice.  There will be a $25 late fee for any late payment.  Accounts more than 7 days late will be suspended, students must notify us of payment issues prior to suspension.

All balances will need to be paid in FULL in order to receive your final certifications.

*Students registering 0-7 days before class start will be required to make 1st payment and deposit.

How does your scholarship work?

The Changing the World scholarship is awarded several times a year.  Financial need and current funding assist in determining eligibility.  Each application is reviewed individually.  Applicants will need to submit the scholarship application and any additional forms requested in order to be considered.  Award winners will be notified via email with award details.

In some cases a discount on tuition may be offered when full scholarship opportunities are unavailable.

Where are my certifications valid?

Your life coach certifications are valid in: the United States, Canada, UK, France, Mexico, Spain, Germany and Australia.  Since your practice will be home based you can work and service clients practically anywhere you choose.

Why should I become a certified life coach?

Your clients will want to know you have been properly trained as a Professional Life Coach.  Your training will not only open the door for a greater earning potential but it will also give you tools to help your clients change their lives.

Should I choose the live or self study program?

Upon completion of the program you will receive a Certified Life Coach certification in 3 niche designations.  Additionally, live WCA students will receive  ICF training  hours  for use in applying for ICF accreditation.

If enrolled in the live teleclass program you will receive coach specific training hours for use to obtain an additional certification  from the ICF.
